The only way to sell things online... is to let people know you have something to sell.

First, pick a plan.
You need to decide:
🚀 The product you want to launch
🚀 When you want to launch it
🚀 Whether you plan to use an "open" or "closed" launch strategy

Second, warm it up.
Leading up to your launch, do the following:
🚀 Send pre-launch content (related posts) to your entire list without telling them you're about to launch
🚀 Segment the list, using tags, to identify who's interested
🚀 Work from a content calendar to make this easier

How to pre-launch
Step 1 = Warm-up your entire list
Step 2 = Find out who's interested
Step 3 = Run the play for 2+ weeks
Step 4 = Launch only to people who want to know

Third, run the play.
When it's time, pull the trigger. Light up the ignition. Take-off.
🚀 Run the launch to people who expressed interest in the content.
🚀 Send everyone else your regular posts / content
🚀 Be sure to lean heavily on your email list + text-broadcaster-- but also leverage social media

Fourth, when it's over... the "real" work begins.
The week post-launch is the best time to--
🚀 Welcome buyers into your new group, orient them to the course, welcome them into coaching
🚀 Direct non-buyers to their "next best step" (remember, if we segmented our list, they initially expressed interest in the topic of our offer)

Good News / Bad News
The bad news first...
Launches are hard work. They require a lot of time and focus, and there are dozens of "moving parts."
The good news, though...
... is that your second launch will be easier, the seventh will be even easier than that... and you'll continue getting better at it. Plus, you can continue repurposing the same content and webpages and email sequence you create for the first, then refine along the way, for each subsequent promo.
Plus, you don't have to push through alone.
The Amplify framework provides you with extensive training on how to transition your message from idea (or paper) into books, courses, coaching, membership groups, and more.
