Three Ways We Can Help

Our church framework helps you align your processes to serve a greater purpose...

... so that you can move the mission forward... stronger, for longer while connecting with people at a higher level.

Learn the five facets of the church framework

Each of the 5 facets of the church framework matter EQUALLY as much as the others. It's essential to see how they fit together.

Start working on each of them at the same time

Rather than working through a step-by-step process, you've got to touch on each of them at the same time, continuing to refine the whole.

Make consistent forward progress + serve at a higher level

In the same way a "locked cog" can stop an engine, so also must you move each gear in the framework forward together.

Get started!

If you find yourself frustrated AND simultaneously excited about your organization, we understand.

Churches and nonprofits are unique.

🔥You spend a great amount of time planning and meeting... and have to manage your schedule intentionally to actually focus on the things that matter the most.

🔥 Churches have staff members (employees) AND ALSO rely on the strength of volunteers to move the mission forward... yet, they need a process to help people join that mission and serve.

🔥The leaders jump into them because of the mission, a call, yet often find themselves BY NECESSITY having to deal with money and SO MANY other things to keep the organization moving forward.

🔥Seminary, though helpful, doesn't teach 75% of the topics you truly need to know in order to manage the day-to-day grind of the beautiful work you do.

We understand, because we've been there..

⚙️ Creating a discipleship framework to move people forward...

If you're facing it, we can help.

The 5-part church framework equips you to stay focused on the mission while also handling "business."

1 | Clarify your discipleship framework / path

Define what a "fully developed disciple" looks like. Then, articulate a clear path to move people towards that goal.

Make sure that it's written, that you have objective metrics in place, so people can clearly see where they are...

Ideally, create a flow that leads people all the way from--

🌎 Community = from the city where you live (create intentional touchpoints outside the "four walls")

🔗 Connected = they move into relationship with your church

⛪️ Congregation = they attend regularly, viewing your place as their "church home"

💚 Committed = they shift from "sitting" to "serving" in some capacity, carrying the mission forward

🎯 Core = they lead, leveraging their God-given gifts to make an impact

Bonus: once you "dial-in" the path, implement our "next level" communication processes to grow your online audience.

2 | Lead your people to leverage their gifts

Church leaders not only lead staff members (read: employees), they also leverage the help of dedicated volunteers.

Both groups need and on-ramp to join the mission AND clear definition as to what that mission is.

We term like this: serve, care, win.

🫶 Serve = what they do, their unique part in the bigger picture of the mission

💛 Care = the tone behind their service

🏆 Win = how to know if / when they've succeeded

3 | Automate what you can, so you can focus on people

Churches are "always on," yet you can't be. You need an "off time.

We teach you to distinguish between projects (things that occur once a season or once a year) AND processes (things that happen repeatedly).

When you automate the processes-- recurring events such as visitor follow-up, staff meeting times, etc.-- you not only create mental margin, you also free your energy to focus on the things that matter the most.

4 | Create the environment you want

One of the most overlooked facets of churches is the culture of the organization.

Someone said it well: "Culture trumps everything else."

Culture WILL happen. You can create that culture by design or by default.

Set the culture you WANT by building authentic (not artificial  or aspirational) core values into your organization. Moreover, make sure they're not "watered-down" to things that SHOULD be givens (i.e., honesty, integrity, etc., shouldn't be core values... they should be "permission to even show up and participate in leadership" values).

Core values should be unique to you.

5 | Handle the money so you can more freely focus on the mission

Begin by helping others find financial freedom (money is the #1 stressor, concerning most people), so they CAN be generous.

Model a culture of generosity.

Automate your giving.

Follow "best practices" by budgeting on less than the previous year's receipts rather than anticipating for growth-- and then being dependent on it.

Model BOTH the margin & generosity you want your congregation to emulate.

They all work together...

Each of the five facets of the church framework matter EQUALLY as much as the others. So, rather than working through a step-by-step process, you've got to touch on each of them at the same time, continuing to refine the whole.

In the same way a "locked cog" can stop an engine (and, in the same way a super-fast one can't speed it up any quicker than the other cogs go!), so also must you move each gear in the framework forward together.
