The good news = you don't have to "start from scratch" with this done-for-you program

Last year, I had lunch with a friend. He was about to launch a book (and had no way to promote it), he had recorded videos for a course to go with the book (but had no way to host them), and he was going to sell it all (but had no way to collect money online).

“How are you going to do all of this?” I asked him.

He had no idea.

In fact, he told me as such: “I guess I got ahead of myself…”

After a few moments, he asked me: “You do this stuff all the time, don’t you? What would you do?”

I began sketching a few notes on the back of a napkin there at Outback Steakhouse.

I described the main points as I wrote them down…

“This,” I said, ”is exactly what I do all the time…”

I wish— looking back— I had The Roadmap to hand to my friend. It would have saved him a LOT of time, a bunch of effort, and would have created a way for him to ALSO generate an additional income stream while editing the book, prepping the content, and finishing those videos…

I didn’t have it— at the time— so I shot this short video for him, outlining the process.
