How the Strategy Session Works
This is a two-part private engagement, with thoughtful strategic work completed between your meetings.
1. Tell Us What’s Going On
During your first 45-minute meeting, you’ll explain what you’re building, where you feel stuck, what you’ve tried, and what you want to accomplish.
2. We Review and Prepare
After the conversation, we’ll evaluate what you shared, identify the central issues and opportunities, and develop focused recommendations.
3. Receive Your Strategic Direction
During your second 45-minute meeting, we’ll walk you through our recommendations, answer your questions, and help you determine your most practical next steps.
